NanoClaw is self-hosted software. The installation described on this site, and the OAuth client named NanoClaw, are operated by Jan Bartůněk, Czech Republic — jan@bartunek.dev.
Two separate things. The installation itself is private and has a single user: its operator. Separately, I offer paid work installing and maintaining NanoClaw for other people. That work is agreed case by case in writing; these terms are not a substitute for that agreement.
An installation I build for you runs on hardware or a server you control, using your own accounts and, where a Google integration is involved, your own Google Cloud project and OAuth client. You own the data it holds. You can shut it down or remove my access at any time. I do not retain copies of your data after an engagement ends.
Do not use an installation I provide to break the law, to access accounts you are not entitled to access, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or in a way that violates the terms of the services it connects to. I may decline or end an engagement being used this way.
NanoClaw is built on large language models. It can be wrong, it can misread a message, and it can act on a misunderstanding. Do not rely on it unchecked for decisions with financial, legal, medical or safety consequences. Where an installation can take actions on your behalf, you decide what it is permitted to do.
The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It depends on third-party services — messaging platforms, model providers, Google APIs — which can change, throttle or fail without notice, and it can be unavailable as a result. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
If these terms change, this page is updated and the date above changes with it.
